Ahhh… I’ve finally reached the moment i’ve been waiting for all week–a wegmans trip!
I just left my Stats test–rocked it with a 100% and my last test of the week–and as a reward, of sorts, I decided to grocery shop directly afterward since I knew I’d get out early.
Yes, grocery shopping is worthy of ‘reward status,’ at least for this girl anyway.
I am, however, trying to disassociate food with rewards, which is something I’m learning through my Made to Crave Bible study, but that’s another blog entirely.
I do wonder, though: for someone like me, is going to Wegmans akin to someone going to an “adult” establishment–you can look but you can’t touch?
No, of course it isn’t… Forget I said that.
Anyway, I’m here now and about to find something (healthy) on which to snack… (I brought trail mix but left the option open to treat myself to something else!) either that, or coffee!
